Injection moulding

Our wide range of injection moulding machines, and our highly trained and experienced operators, have the ability to meet all your needs – no matter how sophisticated they may be. CSL employs the most up-to-date solutions available. We provide customers with quality injection moulded components that are accurate and consistent, and conform to an agreed specification. We deliver cost-effective, and very high quality products with very competitive turnaround times, in the quantities you require.


Our prototyping service is quick and thorough. We produce functional test products with robust materials on a 3D printer, guaranteeing that your product specs are just right before you ever invest in a mould tool. Because we use strong materials and precise 3D printing technology, we are able to really put your prototype through its paces in-house, guaranteeing that it ticks all the boxes on functionality as well as form.


At CSL we specialise in high-performance, difficult-to-process, and technical thermoplastics. We assist in the design process and advise on best materials, whether they are metal substitute, UV or solvent resistant, high strength, fire retardant, electrically or thermally insulating, anti-static / conductive, or simply a standard commodity grade. We are transparent with our material costs to give you peace of mind that you are receiving the best value for money.


We have the expertise to produce high volumes of your end product with consistent repeatabililty. Making sure we minimise waste of plastic and manually checking the quality of product as they come off the line. If the components we create for our customers require assembly or sub-assembly with other parts we are also able to accommodate. We use a number of technologies to put the finishing touches to your manufactured goods, including ultrasonic welding, inserting, overmoulding, printing, specialist coating and more.

Quality assurance

Our Key Point Diagram (KPD) agreement ensures that your products will be of the highest quality. A KPD identifies exactly what specifications are used in the manufacture of your product, material grade and colour, critical dimensions and features, and everything else that goes into making it. We produce this meticulous document and agree it with you prior to manufacture – then every run of your product we make is guaranteed to comply with it through our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
